We're hosted at the Nasqueron project, so we put a level of trust in the Nasqueron Docker squad (currently Desillu, Dereckson and Kalix). They can unlock any locked-out situation with a direct access to the container hosting our instance.

We use a Phabricator instance to track tasks and code at Wolfplex.

You can use it at https://phabricator.wolfplex.be/

Access

Anyone can register to our Phabricator installation through GitHub.

If they don't have a GitHub account, it must be created by a current administrator instead.

Accounts must then be approved by a Phabricator administrator, this is intended as an antispam, every human is approved.

Restricted spaces

  • Access to S2 - Internal is currently open to every logged in user, but could be shifted to a specific ACL if needed.
  • Access to S3 - Legal is restricted to people who are aware of the confidential nature and who have signed an Accord de confidentialité en matière juridique or already bound by a deontological code (e.g. a lawyer)

Administrators

Administrators of Phabricator have root privileges to oversight the user account creation workflow and the different spaces, so they must comply with any requirement of any of them. They don't have any other moderation rights.

But administrator access isn't really required for daily tasks:

  • To be able to create projects, ask to join the projects creators group
  • To move tasks, change priorities, add projects, create dashboards, etc. there i absolutely no restriction: every user logged in can do that.

We're hosted at the Nasqueron project, so we put a level of trust in the Nasqueron Docker squad (currently Desillu, Dereckson and Kalix). They can unlock any locked-out situation with a direct access to the container hosting our instance.
